I build the marketing engine — and the team that runs it.
Positioning, search, content, demand generation and the analytics that prove it — for B2B SaaS and the Salesforce ecosystem. I’ve been the entire marketing team, and I’ve built one from zero to thirty.

The proof, case by case.

Event marketing
Three ways in, one engine.
Positioning & launch
Turning a technical product into a sentence a buyer repeats — then carrying it into launch, sales enablement and the events calendar.
MarTechThe plumbing
Automation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages and dashboards — so “where did that deal come from” has an answer you can act on.
Content & searchBeing found
Writing and video built to rank in Google and to be cited inside AI answers, where B2B buyers increasingly start.

I started out writing stories. I ended up writing go-to-market.
I began in SEO — Feranoid, Quibus, then Dev Technosys — learning organic growth the slow way, on other people’s brands. Then Cyntexa, where I built a marketing function from nothing into a thirty-person team and spent my time in the Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems.
Before any of it there was Pen And Pop — an open stage I built in Jaipur for people who were terrified of open stages. It’s still where the storytelling comes from.
The part most marketers outsource, I do myself.
Eight to nine ServiceNow webinars co-hosted with the client’s CTO. Explainer series and teaser films. The organisation represented at Dreamforce 2024, 2025 and 2026 and at ServiceNow Knowledge — and a leadership speaking session secured at Dreamforce.

One idea a week for B2B SaaS marketers
Written like a letter, for marketers and Salesforce admins. What I tried, what worked, and what I’d skip.
