$13K to $69K a month, by fixing the offer first
How my team grew a gut-health supplement brand from $13K to $69K a month. The ads weren’t the problem. The offer was. We found the audience already buying probiotics and still unhappy, and built the offer around the questions they were asking.
A supplement brand in a crowded gut-health category, stuck at $13K a month with an offer that sounded like everyone else’s.
Found the audience already buying probiotics without results, led with what made the product different, answered their objections inside the offer, and added a 30-day guarantee.
Monthly revenue grew from $13K to $69K, more than five times where it started.
A good product with an offer that blended in
Gut health is a crowded category, and most brands make the same promises. When every ad says roughly the same thing, better targeting and new creative only buy more of the same result.
So instead of starting with the ads, we started with the offer: who it was really for, why they should believe this product was different, and what was stopping them from trying it.
Four changes to the offer
People already taking probiotics and still not getting results. They were spending money on the problem and looking for something better.
Wild fermentation, and the brand’s claim of 10x the bacterial diversity, gave that audience a concrete reason to switch.
The offer itself answered the questions a sceptical buyer asks before buying, instead of leaving them for the checkout.
A 30-day guarantee meant trying it cost nothing if it didn’t work.
Why it worked
Sell to people already buying
Probiotic users didn’t need convincing that gut health matters, only that this product was better.
Make the difference concrete
A specific reason to switch beats a general promise of better health.
Answer objections before they’re asked
An offer that handles doubt up front leaves the ads free to do one job: bring the right people in.
